Taylor at the front desk helped make arraignments for our situation. The staff were very kind and loved our stay at Schofield! Within walking distance to everything for both inprocessing soldier and families waiting on a housing, which made life very convenient amd much easier. I'd recommend to friends and family

We recently stayed at this hotel while visiting our son. The room was very clean and spacious. All linens were clean without stains. Staff at the front desk, housekeeping staff, and store staff were always friendly and helpful. We brought our own coffee and creamer, a few snacks, and left the package of coffee filters and paper towels for the next guest. Overall, it was a great place to stay and just down the street from our son's barracks. Would definitely stay here again.

No idea what folks are expecting for a PCS hotel. This isn’t a resort. It serves its purpose and the cleaning staff are not there as your servants they’re there for your convenience. Folks who weren’t satisfied with the frequency could have easily seen the carts on the lanai and kindly ask for a room cleaning. There seem to be a lot of entitled brats who can’t do for themselves that have likely never had to live in a really scummy environment before. Be grateful you had a place to stay, it could have been worse. My husband and I stayed for 10 days and the hotel front desk was able to extend us for an extra 3 days. I am very pleased with the facility. The location is really convenient. If you’re a whiny high maintenance type, go somewhere else.

I got stranded at the airport by the tsunami on 29 June, 2025. Finding a room near the airport or in Waikiki was impossible, but being retired military I gave The Inn at Schofield a call at 3am....a real person answered! They were so accommodating and allowed me to adjust my stay as needed based on flights. Also, when the room is available before the afternoon, they let you check in starting at 9am! Rooms were more than adequate to catch some needed sleep. The location was perfect - close enough to the airport, but even closer to the North Shore (great food, great beaches). If I was to vacation in Oahu, I would definitely consider Schofield as an option. Proximity to things NOT in Waikiki (that's a good thing), full base ammenities, clean rooms, flexible booking, and a great staff!

I just spent my third separate week at the Inn at Schofield, and I've had all my needs met, I'm very happy with their service, and i keep coming back. I've stayed in different room variants, and the one with the couch was my favorite. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. The sink, microwave, and mini fridge combo counter were perfect for week long stays. Room layout fit my style. Simple decor. Happily, the TV options have improved since years ago.

Facility was a little older but is very well kept. The staff was amazing and very helpful during my stay and very understanding and helpful with my payment situation since I was pcs’ing. The management was super helpful and patient while I was waiting for reimbursement from tla to get them paid which overall was a blessing and kept me off the streets or paying out of pocket while finding a house! 10/10 for housekeeping! The maintenance team even put my motorcycle cover back on my bike when it blew off due to a storm! They were all very kind and respectful! Would recommend for any military member/family pcs’ing to or from Hawaii!
